Ingredients:-

Pasta/macaroni - 1 cup or 100 gms
Refined oil - 1 tbsp
Butter - 3-4 tbsp
Onions - 2
Green chillies - 2
Garlic cloves - 7
Peas - 1/4 cup (Frozen or fresh)
Red/Yellow/Green Capsicum/Bell Peppers -1/4th
Tomatoes - 2
Tomato ketchup - 2 tbsp
Red Chilli Sauce - 2 tbsp
Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
At last grate some Cheese on the top (optional)

Process -

  • Heat the water in a vessel ,add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of refined oil and bring it to a boil.

  • Add macaroni pasta, you can check it if the pasta is ready or not by cutting one macaroni with the help of a knife, it should be translucent and it will be much softer. Turn off the gas

  • Strain the pasta with the help of a strainer

  • Wash the pasta with some cold water or under running water so that it doesn't become sticky.

  • Take a frying pan add refined oil and butter

  • Add chopped garlic and green chillies, saute for 2 minutes

  • Add chopped onions saute till it changes its colour or it becomes translucent

  • Add capsicum and tomatoes and peas, saute for few minutes. In order to make it softer, add salt to taste and cover the lid for 5 to 7 minutes

  • Open the lid ,once all the vegetables are soften, add all the sauces tomato ketchup soya sauce ,red chili sauce, green chilli sauce, the flame should be high this time and stir it fastly.

  • Now add your boiled pasta and mix it nicely for few minutes so that all the flavours get into it.

  • It’s ready now , at last if you want you can grate some cheese.
